How much do you charge for shipping?

All Contiguous 48 states and APO/FPO addresses

Orders under $100 USD ship for a flat rate of $6. Orders to these areas over $100 USD ship for free*.

Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands

Orders under $175 USD ship for a flat rate $6. Orders to these areas over $175 USD ship for free*. 

International Orders

We are working on international shipping, and hope to be offering it soon. In the meantime, please get in touch if you want to order from outside the US.

*Some items may be excluded from free shipping promotions and some items are not eligble for delivery to  laska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Where this applies, we will detail it on the product page.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use either USPS and UPS for orders within the US. 

All US orders over $500 will be shipped by UPS with a signature requirement.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We currently do not offer expedited shipping.

Items that we stock will always ship out within 2 business days, often within the same day.

Items that ship directly from vendors will usually ship within 3-5 days.

Delivery time will vary depending on your location, usually 2-5 days. We ship from California.

Please check your tracking for up to date delivery day estimates.

Can you delay my order?

We can't delay an order once we receive it, so if it's not possible for you or the recipient to receive it, its definitely best to wait until it's convenient.

Help my order never arrived!

This does happen occasionally and we know how frustrating this can be.

Sometimes the carrier will scan a package as delivered, even before its been dropped off. They often turn up shortly after.

If you don't get it by the next day we usually suggest checking your property in case its been disreetly placed, and also check with your neighbors, coworkers, concierges or anyone living with you to see if they have received it on your behalf (and maybe forgot to tell you!)

Many delivery issues are related to incorrectly entering the address information. If you have recently moved or often use autofill please take a moment to ensure you have the correct address entered as in this case, we are not able to help if the package has been sent to the wrong address.

If the package has been delayed and there is no movement on the tracking, please get in touch.

If there is something we should know to ensure your package gets to you safely, please let us know on the cart page when you place your order.

I only received part of my order.

If you order multiple items, they may be stocked in different warehouses. In this case you would receive separate deliveries. In this case, you will receive tracking for each delivery.
