Returns & Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We want to make any returns hassle free so here's the quick version!

Our policy is for 30 days on regular priced items, returned in original, unused condition. You are responsible for return costs, except for exchanges which we cover. We do not charge restocking fees. You will be guided through the return through our easy to use returns portal.

To cover all bases, here is some extra information you may find useful regarding your return.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product (if available), or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Personalized and custom items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Gift Cards are excluded from our return policy.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  3. Return your item to use at the address provided. *Please do not send your return to the manufacturer, vendor or third party brand if applicable.

Additional Information:

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in the return portal. The item will be inspected and we will email you regarding the status of your return.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However if you are exchanging your product we will cover shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees.
  • Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order, if applicable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Your refund will be processed within 1 business day of receiving the item, based on the conditions above. You will receive the refund to your original payment method. This could take 1-5 business days depending on the payment method and your bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@callunaco.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, inspected and approved, a gift certificate / code / coupon will be emailed to you for immediate use on our site.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they in turn will be aware of your return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item

If you've received an order containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll make it right.

How do returns work if I paid through Affirm?

Our refund terms are exaclty the same regardles of how you chose to pay. Start the return process via our portal and we will complete the return / refund, subject to our conditions above.  Please check out these additional return / refund details which relate to Affirm specifically.
