Changes to your order
We get that sometimes you need to change, add or cancel something on your order, so please contact us within 30 minutes of ordering to ensure that we can accommodate your changes.
After that window, we won't be able to guarantee any cancellations or modifications.
If you have contacted us within 30 minutes from placing your order, but you don't here back from us straight away, don't worry we'll take care of it.
I paid with Affirm but want to cancel my order.Cancelling an order if you paid via Affirm if exactly the same as above. So, if your purchase isn't finalized yet, it will be removed from your Affirm account. It’ll be like you never made the purchase.
If your purchase is already finalized (but not shipped), you’ll get a full refund. We will process the refund in 1-3 business days. Affirm may take an additional 21 days to make the payment to you.
In rare cases, it takes up to 90 days to issue the refund. This usually happens if all or part of the order was delayed or canceled.

Paying with PayPal
Orders paid for with PayPal must ship to the original shipping address. If you request an address change for a PayPal order, we will need to cancel that order, after which you can reorder with the correct address.
Can I include a gift receipt / message with my order?
Our orders are shipped with a packing slip that omits the price of each product and includes instructions on how to make a return, so no separate gift receipt is needed. We offer gift messages on certain products. Where this is available, it will be shown on the product page.
